Who we are
aiBuds, Inc. is a Delaware corporation headquartered in Cerritos, California. We make aiBuds — AI translation earbuds and their companion mobile application and subscription service.
What we collect
When the aiBuds app and service launch, we expect to collect: account information you provide (such as email address and language preferences); device and diagnostic information needed to pair and support your earbuds; and, when you actively use translation or AI-assistant features, the audio and text of what you ask to be translated or answered.
How audio is handled
Speech is processed to provide the service you requested — transcription, translation, and synthesized speech — on servers operated in the United States. Audio is processed transiently to deliver the feature and is not sold or used for advertising.
Third-party processing
Some AI features may be fulfilled using third-party AI model providers acting as processors on our behalf. The launch version of this policy will name the categories of providers and the choices you have.
Your choices and rights
You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you or to request deletion. California residents have rights under the CCPA, which the launch version of this policy will describe in full.
Children
Our products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
